It's location was perfect. We didn't have to take any kind of transportation everything was near from the hotel. Secondly, the rooms were cleaned everyday.

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly.
The bed was creaky and springy. The pillow was soft and flat and gave me neck ache. The room was not very clean. And the sound proofing could be improved upon.

I dont like hotel ambassador actually. Because of i cant get to book other hotel,if not i rather wont choose it.
The room rate is not cheaper, somemore the rate i book online is totally different(higher) than what i book online. How can the staff told me that what i had book already sold out, only left higher rate one. If dont accept it than never mind. I was really angry about it,i hate it,i swear,i wont go to that hotel again. The facilties in the room also very poor......especially the bed, even got sound. For the 2 nights,i really cant get to sleep well, wake up at 3am . Somemore quite smelly for the room also. For the tv,i cant get the programmes for what i want to watch ( astro). I can rate that hotel even totally NO STAR.

I was shocked when I reached that hotel after booking through Booked.net where pictures were amazing and made me thought of a good and nice hotel for this price. But we should not call this as HOTEL it could be a small motel ,. Rooms where terribly small and there is nothing to enjoy in hotel... no cafe, no lauch, no service no staff only a meter long reception with 1 guy....... Amazing people still and Booked.net acknowlege and call this as a HOTEL in heart of KL..... !!!

The shower room is clean and new-looking.
The room description given online doesn't match the hotel'S. For example, the hotel's Superior Double priced at RM148nett is without windows but was written as with windows online which according to the hotel should be a Deluxe Double at a higher price. Booking was made at 1am online on the day of the stay but at 9pm the hotel management called to inform that there's no room available. Finally, a room was made available 15 mins later but it caused a scare. Quite inconvenient if you are driving because there's no parking provided by the hotel but there are parking lots of hotels nearby which is charged
